Adult Membership

$350/year

≈ $29/month (for reference only)

For players 18 years and older

Family Membership (Youth Softball)

$500/year

≈ $42/month (for reference only)

1 Adult + Household Youth(s) in Softball

  • All adult program benefits for one adult
  • All Household Youth(s) in Softball activities- no hardball training
  • Combined family access to all facilities
  • Family participation in community events
Important Note: Family membership applies only to Youth Softball and does not apply to household youth participating in Hardball.

Student Membership

$250/year

≈ $21/month (for reference only)

Ages 15–21, full-time student actively attending school

How to Pay Membership Fees

Choose your payment method below and include the following with every payment:

  • Name
  • Membership Type (Adult / Youth / Family / Student)
  • Age Group (Youth only: U11/U13/U15)
  • Youth Training – [Month] Installment (for training fee installments)
  • Team Name (Adult teams only)

Payment note: Please include your child's name, age group (U11/U13/U15), and "Youth Training – [Month] Installment" in the payment note.

Payment safety: All payments to HCCA must go only to our official account accounts@hccacricket.org. HCCA will never ask you to send money to a personal account.

U11 & U13 Payment Terms — Expand if your youth is in U11 or U13

At enrollment: Pay $300 Youth Membership + $275 first training installment = $575 total.

4 installments ($275 each): first at enrollment, then Apr 15, July 15, Sept 15:

Total training fee: $1,100

  • All installments due by the specified dates.
  • By enrolling, you commit to completing all four installments by year end.
  • Missed payment: Access to facilities and programs will be temporarily suspended until the account is current.
  • This policy ensures fairness to families who honor their commitments and helps HCCA maintain quality programs.
