HCCA expects every participant to protect a safe, respectful, and inclusive cricket environment. This public page is a practical summary for members, families, and guests.

What this means in practice

  • Follow officials and coaches; resolve disagreements through proper channels, not on-field confrontations.
  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and abusive language are prohibited.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, and substance behavior must comply with park policy, league rules, and Texas law.
  • Parents and guardians are expected to model positive sideline behavior and support youth safety standards.

Reporting and enforcement process

  1. Report concern

    Use Contact or reach the Board of Directors for incident reporting.

  2. Review and document

    Leadership reviews facts under bylaws, policy standards, and applicable league procedures.

  3. Apply action

    Outcomes may include warning, suspension, or referral to APCL/HCCA disciplinary pathways.
